This Brand shoot for Miyuki Liem Bridal was so much fun! I’ve never done a brand shoot before so, I was so excited to work with a local Hawaii wedding dress designer!
Miyuki and I have been friends for a few years. I have shot many brides who hired her to design their custom gowns. Every single bride ends up 1000% pleased with how the dress turns out. When she asked me to work with her on shooting her new line, I was over the moon.
Miyuki is a phenomenal seamstress and I am always in awe of her work. She is so sweet, kind and creative and I just loved working with her. All the dresses that we shot were so stunning and perfect for any bride but especially, a Hawaii bride! The different varieties of wedding dresses that she makes ensures there is a dress for everyone.The quality of the dresses are out of this world. They are unlike anything else I have ever seen.
We met down on the sand with all the dresses and the cutest model! The hair and makeup artist, Lynn Yee did such a great job on the model! Her vibe fit perfectly with these gowns and made the prettiest hawaii beach bride! We held this brand shoot in Kahala, Hawaii and turned out to be a perfect day!
We shot a few different dresses and I had so much fun being able to capture each dress differently! Each gown had a unique vibe and movement. It was so much fun to be able to showcase all of her hard work. Every gown was so beautiful. From the lace low back wedding dress to the sheer backless dress, her dresses have to be some of my favorite wedding dresses ever.
