Before photography, I spent years as a mental health therapist and social worker, learning how to listen, observe, and honor what is unspoken. I chose to leave that part of me behind to pursue my passion with photography and today, as a mother and artist, I am inspired by connection, meaningful life experiences , and the quiet beauty of a slower life. These values shape the way I show up for my couples and the care I bring to their stories.

Here at Sheyanne Lyn, I blend editorial intention with documentary honesty, offering couples both beautifully composed portraits and space to fully experience their day filling their wedding album with exceptional posed portraits and many heartfelt candids enjoying time with those they love most.

With a calm, grounded presence, I guide when needed and steps back when it matters most, allowing moments to unfold naturally and without interruption. 

My goal is to have the perfect balance of direction with presence so all my couples walk away with beautiful portraits that are not only artful, but more importantly, meaningful.
