When I tell you the ENTIRE vibe of this shoot was so beautiful and peaceful, I mean it.
Caitlyn + Casey reached out to me to capture their romantic babymoon getaway on the sweet island of Maui. I absolutely LOVE flying to neighboring islands for my shoots because not only is it an inspiring change of scenery; but it’s such an honor to be able to travel to my amazing clients and capture their love wherever they are.
I wanted to give these two an unforgettable island experience, so we scouted out a stunning private cove on the West coast of Maui and we ended up having it all to ourselves AND a front-row seat to a gorgeous sunset.
They wanted to capture two looks; one that was more classic + timeless, and another that felt more beachy + playful. So first we captured some gorgeous formal images and then for the last half of the night they played in the water and enjoyed the warm sunset. It was absolutely an absolutely gorgeous night and it will forever be one of my favorites!
TIP: Always bring an outfit change to your photoshoot! It’s almost like you get two photoshoots in one because changing your outfit can change the WHOLE vibe of the photos and make it feel like a completely different day, vibe, and atmosphere. You’d never know that these photos were taken on the same day.
Not only did the photos turn out absolutely dreamy, but their entire vibe and energy were so beautiful to experience and capture. They were so at peace and you could tell how much they loved each other. Their chemistry was easy, effortless, and divine.
