This was by far the dreamiest + romantic engagement photoshoots in Oahu, Hawaii.
If I had to describe Nathan and Stephanie’s vibe in 4 words; it would be dreamy, romantic, free, and intimate. It was just something about them that screamed romance!
These two lovebirds found me on google and wanted to capture their engagement in a special and intimate way. As soon as we started chatting, I knew we’d be the perfect match and I was beyond honored they had chosen me to be their photographer! Their goal and vision for the shoot was to capture them in an easy, effortless way that felt natural, fun, and full of life.
Nathan + Stephanie have never had professional photos taken of them before and were so nervous about the whole process. Before the shoot, I really made sure I got to know them and even stopped to chat for a bit before we started shooting at the location. I was completely open to them about my process and let them know how there was no stress on today, that it’s going to be super relaxed, and for them to treat it as if they were on a date with their own personal photographer tagging along.
Within minutes, they were already comfortable in front of the camera and were ready to create some magic. The love between these two was so effortless. You could tell that they were soul mates and that they truly wanted to spend forever together. Their session was full of snuggles, romantic walks down the beach, and squeezing onto each other tight without a care in the world. It was truly something magical!
My absolute favorite part about shooting Nathan + Stephanie was matching their unique energy to make this day all about them. As a couple, they just radiated genuine love for each other and it was so special to capture, They were such a sweet, gentle, and kind couple and I loved being able to focus on that while still bringing them out of their shell.
