This Oahu North Shore Elopement was such a whimsical and magical day!
Kyle and Jessica originally planned for a beautiful new york city wedding. Because of COVID, all their plans had to be changed and they decided on an intimate elopement on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. These two truly made the most out of their situation and planned a beautiful day with their family. The change of plans turned out to be so stunning. It was a day focused on them, and simply just celebrated their love and made the most of having a safe wedding during a pandemic!
Jessica was the sweetest bride. She looked so effortlessly beautiful in her elegant lace v-neck dress and fit the ocean view venue perfectly! Her mom helped her get ready and those were some of the sweetest moments to capture. Her father’s reaction to seeing his daughter in her wedding gown was priceless, such a sweet and special moment.
The ceremony was set up in the backyard of the private estate. It was right on the water’s edge and had the prettiest views of the blue Hawaiian ocean. They said the sweetest vows in front of a stunning driftwood floral wedding arch and things got emotional. Kyle and Jessica have been together for over 6 years so being able to witness them commit forever together was so special.
After the ceremony, we went down to the beach right in front of the property and got the most dreamy shots of the bride and groom. These two were just radiating love the entire time. They ran around the sand playing and laughing and full of excitement for this next step in their lives.
They ended their night with the most beautiful whimsical reception in the backyard. All the decor from the tablescapes to fairy lights draped over the seating was just stunning. Although there were fewer guests than they had planned, they did not compromise taste and decor. Everything was so intentional about their day and all turned out gorgeous.
This intimate North Shore elopement on Oahu turned out to be the perfect way to celebrate Kyle and Jessica’s love! I am so glad I could be there to capture these special moments for them.
