Hawaii To Oregon
Melissa and Chad, where do I even begin. I had been looking forward to this for months. their Cannon Beach elopement happened to be one of my favorite elopements, ever. We left Hawaii a few days before the elopement and the moment we go to Oregon I felt inspired. I had never been to Cannon Beach! even though I was raised in Oregon!! but I had heard so many amazing things about haystack rock and this gorgeous view.
The moment we got to the location, I got out of the car, walked down to the beach and I immediately was full of inspiration. The location was perfect! The weather was perfect! And once I met Melissa and Chad, I realized that all of these amazing things fell together because they are so kind and loving.
The Perfect Cannon Beach Elopement
These two island born and raised now Oregonians, were some of the sweetest most loving people I have ever met. their elopement took place at Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast. It was a august summer night and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. We made the trek down the beach, for the good events designed their little ceremony and dinner party, and we got to just relax and enjoy the special night.
Melissa and Chad took turns sharing with each other how they had made a difference in each others lives. They shared their deepest feelings and literally it was the sweetest thing. I had a little moment where I stood back, looked at my husband who was videoing, and thought to myself “how am I lucky enough to capture such amazing people?” Chad and Melissa are the sweetest people ever and I am so grateful I was a part of their loving, boho, simple Oregon Coast elopement.
